I love this product. The only downfall is the opening on top. I’d like it to be bigger as I am not using the scoop that comes with it. I have a bigger one with a long handle and the opening is too small. I haven’t had it long enough to change the bag so not sure how convenient all that is but the container itself is great. No smells! I’ve had it for about 5 days now and there is plenty of room in the container for lots more before I have to change the bag. Thanks Litter Champ!

I bought this about a month and a half ago for my new kitten and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The Litter Champ needed minimal assembly before it was up and running. It does exactly what it claims to do, it really controls odors. My kitten had a bout of coccida, which produces some very runny stinky poo, and after the waste was placed in the Champ, I could no longer smell it. For a single cat, the bag roll likely last as long as they say they does. I am still currently on my first bag roll. It is very easy to remove the waste from the Champ. You simply open the front door , pull the bag down, and cut the dirty waste section of the bag off. There is a cutter installed on the door to make this even easier. You tie a new knot to the portion remaining in the champ, and you are ready to go. In the month and a half I have had it I only had to empty it three times. When you empty the Champ you will realize how much it controls smells.
Several of my cat owning friends have come to my small apartment and are amazed with the lack of cat smells (especially considering there was a least a weeks worth of waste in the Champ). They are now going to buy them for their homes. This item is very ideal for apartment or condo dwellers that don’t take their trash out everyday or have a garage to store it in.

Great product. So much easier than the bags. Don’t have to go outside every time to dispose and keeps the smell away. Soooo much less bag waste which is good for the environment (except the plastic it took to make it so keep it for a while). Definitely like the magnet for the scoop. . . more sanitary because you don’t have to set the dirty scoop on something. Basically saves time overall and easier.

I never smell a thing. However, I have not had to change the bag yet. We will see how that works.

Although a bit pricier than I would like to spend, this is definitely a product worth having with two cats. The only smell comes when you need to open the lid. It is very easy to pull the full bag out and tie it up, and the back is durable enough you don’t need to worry about it breaking through.
